CLIENT: HILLSIDE MANOR NURSING HOME

• Existing structure was a 12,000sf one story building with half basement surrounded by parking lot on two sides
• Underpinned basement under one story portion of building
• Built under ground rooms with parking lot with waterproof deck above at existing parking lots (20,000sf)
• Rear retaining wall was created 25ft deep x 3ft thick using poured in place concrete with one face Doka forms
• Retaining wall designed in house by Fazio
• Total square footage of new building 30,000 sf
• Basement interior: Two hospital grade operating rooms, X-ray Lab, Diagnostic Center and day treatment program
• Hi-end finishes throughout with our own forces
